Introduction:

A normal adult person needs daily 7-10 hours sleep. Sleep is essential program of the body the god has installed.

Adequate seep makes a person whole day happy and joyful.


Inadequate sleep:

  • Due to work overload, to complete target, late night movie or late night reading compel the person to cutoff his sleep hours.
  • The next day show its effect in the form of yawning, stress, irritation, loss of concentration, hang over etc.
  • The disastrous condition is when person irritably misbehaves with collogues or relatives and this often occurs.
  • Ultimately total is loss of good relations.

How to cope of all the condition:

Important points to maintain adequate sleep hours

  • Avoid late night working.
  • Make your life style regular. Let your body cycle to adjust to it.
  • Skip late night TV show or movie.
  • Skip noon nap
  • Work efficiently during the day hours
  • Every morning meditation and yoga will fill in your body new power.
